This is what every potential client should understand
I LOVE this Mercedes print ad. Shalmor Avnon Amichay/Y&R Interactive, Tel Aviv created this new image campaign for Mercedes Benz Israel. The campaign revolves around the two opposing parts of the brain that complement each other: the left side, responsible for logic and analysis and the creative and intuitive right side. The message is that Mercedes Benz, like the brain, is a combination of opposites that together create technological innovation, breakthrough engineering, inspiring design and passion. The description of the left and right brain is brilliant and the illustration that goes along with it is beautiful. I also link this to the to advertising industry. I know creativity is the first thing many people think think when it comes to marketing or advertising, but marketing strategies must be backed by logic and reason or the ad would loose meaning and effectiveness. It is too easy to get lost in the creative. Always ask yourself why.

Video Icon Personification at its best. Tribal DDB took this rational product and transformed it into an emotional, heartwarming story of a dejected salt shaker.     The results?    The Salty campaign overtook Uncle Ben’s as the number one brand in the category.    Sidekicks.ca witnessed a 500% increase in consumer traffic. Salty also became a social media star and over 30,000 salt and pepper shakers were sold to Canadians in 3 months time frame. Dayum! Well done DDB.
